Trauma-Informed Yoga for Every Body.

Providing opportunities for joyful movement and mindfulness-based practices to support community, positive embodiment, interoceptive awareness, and mental health recovery.

Our approach

We are committed to assisting all individuals to develop the skills and tools they need to succeed in mental health recovery through trauma-informed therapeutic yoga and mindfulness-based practices. We utilize a Health at Every Size® (HAES®) approach and work to promote health equity, end weight discrimination, and improve access to quality therapeutic yoga practices regardless of body shape or size.

Yoga that is unique to you.

We focus on providing yoga and mindfulness-based programs that are unique to you, your goals, and your past experiences and comfort level with yoga. No experience with yoga is necessary and we will collaborate with you to develop a program that works and feels best for your recovery journey.

In-person and remote options

We believe in providing services directly in the home or community, where true healing occurs. This may include in-person or virtual sessions, depending on your unique goals, location, and recovery journey.
